Statement of Party Officials Responsibilities

The Political Parties Act 2011 requires the Party officials to prepare financial statement which gives a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the party as at the end of the financial year, and of the results for that year. The Party officials are also required to ensure that the party maintains proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy of the financial position of the party. The party officials are also responsible for safeguarding the Assets of the party.

The party officials are of the opinion that the financial statements give a true and fair view of the state of the financial affairs of the Party as at 30th June 2019 and of its statement of comprehensive income and cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standard.
